Client Objective: Industry Standard

NewTri set out to revolutionize the preoperative educational process for weight loss surgery patients and physicians. Their goal was to create a curriculum that would lead patients to more successful outcomes and ultimately become the industry standard.

Solution: Animated Video Series

Epipheo partnered with NewTri to build the curriculum from the ground up, developing a highly engaging educational course made up of 27 animated videos. The course teaches patients how to prepare for surgery and life after surgery— physically, mentally, and emotionally—and provides a nutritional foundation for the rest of their lives. In addition, Epipheo executed the branding of the entire NewTri initiative and led the development of the NewTri website and web apps where patients and surgeons engage with the course.

Courses can have as few as 5 videos or more than 30. Individual videos can range from 1 to 5 minutes. All of that should be determined by considering your content, audience, and platform. We’ll help guide you to the right decisions.



Our standard timeline is 6–8 weeks for a single video, but we can scale to accommodate rush timelines and multi-video per month engagements. Please note that the timeline also depends on your team’s availability. Let us know when you need your videos, and we’ll figure out the best process for you.
