Overall Objective

Field and convert inbound leads, and develop as many large, ongoing, strategic video partnerships as possible to contribute to the overall growth in the value of Epipheo

 

The Main Ways You Contribute

  • Achieving an at-or-above industry-standard conversion rate on qualified leads 
  • Developing partnerships with existing accounts, growing the business we do with each client
  • Hitting your sales goals/quotas
  • Using discernment when to work with the creative teams to help win new deals
  • Setting up the creative teams for success, matching the right solution to the client’s budget

How you will contribute

  • Able to work dedicated, focused, 40 hour weeks
  • Travel expectation of up to 20% of your time
  • Commit to being coached
  • Organized, detail-oriented sales process adherence
  • Utilizing cloud based SAAS (Salesforce, Google Apps, Etc)
  • Using ABM software, email drip campaigns, marketing technology 
  • Being high energy, having a positive, optimistic attitude
  • Thinking strategically when it comes to video and marketing content
