Case Study: Elev8d
Client Objective: Teach a New Way
Elev8d is a company trying to transform the way people exercise and use their bodies. They advocate for functional, full-body movements aligned with Egoscue Method, a set of postural therapy principles. They wanted to teach students step-by-step how to exercise in the Elev8d way.
Solution: E-Learning Video Course
We shot over 110 videos spanning from individual exercises to full workout sessions. Some were ultimately delivered on social platforms. However most are only available on the app when you subscribe to the service. Epipheo handled all aspects of the course production from sourcing talent, to location scouting, to production design, to directing and managing the crew over the course of 10 days of shooting. Once the production days were complete, we tackled postproduction including editing, color, adding motion graphics, and audio mixing/mastering.
Case Study: New Tri
Client Objective: Behavioral Change
NewTri set out to revolutionize the preoperative educational process for weight loss surgery patients and physicians. Their goal was to create a curriculum that would lead patients to more successful outcomes and ultimately become the industry standard.
Solution: E-Learning Video Course
Epipheo partnered with NewTri to build the curriculum from the ground up, developing a highly engaging educational course made up of 27 animated videos. The course teaches patients how to prepare for surgery and life after surgery-physically, mentally, and emotionally—and provides a nutritional foundation for the rest of their lives. In addition, Epipheo executed the branding of the entire NewTri initiative and led the development of the NewTri website and web apps where patients and surgeons engage with the course.
Case Study: The Herding Tigers Creative Leader Course
Client Objective: Leadership Development
Todd Henry describes himself as “an arms dealer for the creative revolution.” A successful author, podcaster, speaker, and consultant, he spends his days trying to help creative teams do their best work. In the wake of the release of his latest book Herding Tigers, he wanted to help those leading creative teams fully adopt an operating system that would empower them to be the leader creative people need.
Solution: E-Learning Video Course
In order to make the right impact, the course had to be more than simply the book delivered in course form. The Epipheo team worked with Todd to re-envision and expand the framework introduced in the book. From there, it was a matter of developing everything from the branding, keynote, workbook, promotional materials, website, LMS, and production of the E-Learning Video Course.
