Choose the Right Video for You

A quick pitch video gives you the opportunity to educate your audience whether you’re free to chat or not. These videos range anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes and often rely solely on visuals (voiceover or music optional).
The Follow Through
This is a series of short videos. Some to send via email and social before the event, inviting people to your booth, generating buzz, and setting up meetings. Some to nurture leads based on their level of interest. Some to close the deal.

What’s right for your project?

Looking for Advice
We get this question a lot, “What would you recommend? What should I do to leverage video more effectively at my event booth?” While there’s no one size fits all solution, we do recommend incorporating one (or both) of two things: walls and towers.
Whether its projected or displayed on large LCD screens, incorporating a larger than life video wall is a great way to grab attention – especially from a distance.
A standalone, two-sided video tower can allow you to display the right kind of video content while maximizing your space. The two-sided functionality allows you to engage twice as many people with the same display piece.

All of our trade show video products can range from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It often depends on which product you choose, and how you plan to use it.
Our standard timeline is 6–8 weeks for a single video with the exception of The Loop which we can produce in 4 weeks. Multi-video packages typically fall in the 6-8 week timeline range. And in some cases rush timelines are possible.
