Solve any problem that stands in the way of projects staying on time and on budget.


  • The Producer is primarily responsible for coordinating and positively influencing the project experience from Kickoff to Delivery and beyond.  

  • Proactively communicating with client regarding timeline, deliverables, and to collect feedback.

  • Ensuring deliverables are being completed in a timely and cost-effective fashion.

  • Ensuring the creative team is set up properly to do their best work (AKA protecting the process).

  • Trusti ng our creative team to make every creative decision in the project, empowering them to completely own that side of the experience.

  • Proactively managing the budget (hours) spent on a project by consistently informing team members what they have to work with to get the job done.

  • Managing the Creative Team’s calendar to ensure that the time needed to complete tasks and engage in client facing communications is available and allocated.

  • Setting a tone of positivity and willingness to problem solve and accommodate. 

  • Letting the studio feel your ownership of the project and giving them trust that you care deeply about your team and our clients.

  • Managing the tasks and details of the project closely to ensure no balls are dropped.

  • Setting a high expectation to the creative team for every client they serve and not accepting “less than great” work from the studio.


  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote, and Google Apps. (Knowledge of InDesign or other Adobe CC programs a plus.)

  • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules
